Villa Polar Dream is a luxurious 400 m2 two story log villa just a walking distance from the services and slopes at the centre of Ruka Village.
The villa has eight lockable en-suite bedrooms, that accommodate 15 guests. Two of the bedrooms have their own entrances, making them ideal bedrooms for staff.
Two luxurious electric saunas and a joint cooling lounge enable the whole family and all their guests to enjoy cosy sauna moments at the same time, with a huge open fireplace and gorgeous lighting from the outside will give the guests some unforgettable moments.
A tasty five course dinner can be enjoyed at the long table from gorgeous tableware and a glass that complements your drink choices. You can cook meals yourself, order from catering services or invite local top chef to cook your wonderful meals. The kitchen is created for a professional chef, however it has been designed with every cook in mind.
A lit ski track goes right next to the villa, only 300 m from the ski lifts. There is also a snowmobile route going right past the villa.
The rent includes bed linen, hand and bath towels. The final cleaning is also included in the rent. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property. Using of movable hot tub is not allowed.
UPSTAIRS
- Roomy entrance hall with storage
- Eight bedrooms, seven of them with a full en-suite including a shower, one of them with just a WC. Two of the bedrooms have their own entrances from the outside. Master bedroom has a 200 cm wide king size bed. The rest of the bedrooms have single beds. All of the bedrooms are lockable and the key also fits the front door
- Big lounge, with a sofa set and open fireplace. Home theatre consisting of B&O TV and player, Sonos speakers both in the kitchen and sauna with Spotify music library, with DVD and CD players
- Kitchen and mini-kitchen; coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, hob, oven, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, multi-mixer, deep fryer, ice machine and wine cabinets. The kitchen has its own entrance and a separate bedroom, ideal for the chef for example
- Dining room with space for 12 people
- Sauna (electric) for a large group of people at the same time. Four showers and a spacious dressing room with a TV, fridge and WC
- Smaller electric sauna for smaller groups, with two showers and a WC
- Cooling lounge with seating and infrared heaters
DOWNSTAIRS
- Maintenance room with over 40 pairs of skis, both traditional and skate style, ski boots and sticks. The room also has creams and other maintenance equipment for the skis. Fishing equipment, boots and walking sticks
