The area has nine identical (only the view is different) and modern cottage/ villas that are styled with high quality luxury, each with a view to the lake. 82 m2 area has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms (with bathrooms, incl. showers) and an electric sauna. The master bedroom, living room and sauna has a clear view to the lake. There is a fireplace in the living room. The patio of the villa has a sheltered terrace with lake views. Access the terrace from the living room and sauna. There is a dining table, a parasol and an electric grill on the terrace (only in the summer).
Both bedrooms have double beds (separable in the smaller room), so they sleep four people. For additional beds you can use the sofa bed in the living room, and for a small child we have a travel cot (incl. mattress and protective sheet, not including sheets or bedding). Please let us know if you need additional bedding or the travel cot when you book with us.
The rent includes bedlinen + bath and hand towels for four people. The extra bedlinen and towels for additional people cost 30 €/person. The final cleaning is also included in the rent. Pets are allowed (in villas 8-10) for 100 euro additional cost, which covers the extra cleaning work. Please let us know if you want to bring your pet when you’re booking.
There is a communal parking spot for cars, with four charging ports for four electric cars at a time. Electricity is included in the rent. You can drive to the villa for loading and unloading only, but please park your car on its marked spot and keep the emergency exits clear.

- The modern open plan kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction stove, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and cutlery for eight people
- The villa is equipped with a TV, WiFi, blow dryer and cleaning equipment
- Highchair, pot and travel bed are included in the rent, but please let us know if you need them when you are booking. We also have sleds for kids
- Firewood is included in the rent
- Laundry machine and equipment storage are in the service building of the area
- Yard and beach lighting
- The villa is heated with an air conditioner and the ventilation is electric. Electrical fire alarm system
The beach of lake Saimaa is only a quick walk away. You can go swimming from the communal dock. The beach is shallow and sandy. The services of the Oravi village are close (about 300 meters).
